About Me

My name is John Graham and I have graduated from a BA (HONS) Multimedia Computing Degree (Second-class honours, Upper Division), at the University of Sunderland. Multimedia Computing is a course specifically designed for people wanting to study and to develop in the industry of multimedia. During my studies I have learnt and become confident in many different software packages including; Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, PHP/MYSQL and 3D studio Max.

Since I have graduated I have completed many freelance projects and I have worked as a Junior Designer/Developer for Ten Alps Publishing. During my time there I gained a lot of experience in the multimedia industry. I was responsible for the design, development and up-keep of the company websites and I liaise with third party companies for which I design web portfolio pages using HTML, CSS and top-end design packages.  I now work in Durham as a Volts/Web Developer where I am gaining new skills in SEO, PHP and CSS. My main career objective is to become a Senior Website Designer and wish to work with many of the top designers in the country.

When I do have some free time I enjoy playing Basketball, Football, going to the cinema and of course computers. I play for a local Basketball team at Oxclose Community School, in the Tyne Met second division, where we have training and also play our home league matches. When not playing Basketball I am also a qualified table official and a level two referee.

I am always looking for new opportunities in the multimedia industry so please don’t hesitate to contact me about anything. As well as creating websites I am able to create different types of promotional material such as posters, flyers and leaflets. If you wish to contact me about anything click here.
